Job Summary

Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery.


  • Learn and understand all company’s developed software to present to new and old customers.
  • Learn the methodology, mechanism, process and work flow of existing client’s software.
  • Adopt the directions, guidelines, tips about customers provided by the company to improve your sales skills.
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Followup on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Prepare paper work to activate and maintain contract services.
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information,or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to Improve sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required:

Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience

Job Description:

  • Manage the Mobile Banking project end to end – from customer research and product design to final launch.
  • Write product requirements, define support requirements and processes, contribute to marketing plans, and create sales tools (both internal and for third party partners)
  • Manage multiple projects and their scope, making trade-offs based on capacity constraints, timing, etc.
  • Own end-to-end responsibility for success while working collaboratively with sales, marketing, product development, shariah, operations and support within and outside the business unit
  • Develop the strategy to leverage and extend Mobile Banking solutions to create new sources of growth
  • Conduct analysis to inform the product roadmap and strategy and evolve the business model
  • Help us imagine and create innovative new ancillary products
  • Be the expert for products in the mobile solutions space by thoroughly knowing the product functionality, constraints, business process, value, customer profile and industry domain (across core processes), how it’s used, and where it meets or fails to meet customer needs.
