Experience:
Officer Cadres: Fresh / 1-2 years
Incharge Cadres: 3-4 years
Managerial Positions: 5-7 years
Education:
Minimum Graduation, preferably Masters in Commerce, Business, Economics disciplines or relevant to the position
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Achieves results by working effectively and collaboratively in team environment
Continuous improvement, developing self and others, managing people, planning and organizing
Problem solving, decision making
Strong knowledge of banks operating procedures and SBPs regulations including Prudential Regulations
Computer Literate
