Job Description:
Our client is one of the leading banks in Abu Dhabi and requires a Compliance and Control Officer. As the Branch Compliance and Control Officer, you will conduct regulatory compliance and control reviews verification of branch operations and credit on periodic basis as well as maintain complete work papers to support verifications.
You will prepare written comments for submission to the Country Manager on findings, recommend action to correct deficiencies and follow up on action taken by the Country Manager.
You will also prepare and submit monthly consolidated reports for significant and / or unsolved defiance to AGM-MIC, conduct or participate in other tasks as directed by the AGM – MIC or Country Manager. You should have good analytical and organisational skills and should be able to work on your own initiative.
This position is to ensure proper controls and maintained the policies and procedures are followed. You must have at least two to five years auditing experience and a University Degree in accounting.
