* Responsible for developing & implementing strategies for the branch to contribute towards achievement of banks overall business objectives
* Ensure smooth functioning of the branch with a view to achieving growth targets within a reasonable time frame & budget
* Acts as a direct link & interface between customers & management. Also has complete people management responsibility for the branch employees
* Achieve overall branch sale & revenue budgeted targets & services to help towards making ATLAS Bank the bank of choice for Customers in Pakistan.

* Proficiency in computer skills specially MS Office.
* Good knowledge of the bank, product & services.
* Working knowledge, awareness of banking solution.
* Knowledge & familiarity of SBP regulation & ATLAS bank policies.
