To source, prospect, convert and manage the clients on a relationship basis
Job Responsibilities: Development of a pipeline of prospects, delivery of target conversions and effective relationship management leading to increased cross sell
- Understanding of operations, (transactional, account opening, risk/credit & foreign trade.
- Compliance, AML and SBP regulations
- Front/Middle office marketing/sales operations and processes
- Understanding of local market dynamics and competitor activities

- Strong motivational ability…a self starter and able to work independently
- Planning and organizational
- Intermediate finance (should be able to read and comprehend financial statements).
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a commercial bank
