Core Banking – CRM , Dubai

Job Description:
Core Banking person (Flexcube would be preferred). 7-8 years of total experience; must have relevant core banking implementation experience; leadership skills Management of CRM applications. These include Call Centre Applications, Sales Force Automation, Leads Management, Benefits Fulfillment, Complaints Management, Statement Generation, Work Force Management, and online applications like HR and Internet Banking for both Retail and Corporate customers.

The proposed new CRM system will also come under his jurisdiction. The position will directly or indirectly be responsible for infrastructure, security, architecture, human resources, financials, projects (new or business-as-usual), outsourcing, etc. related to CRM.
