Job Description:
Our Client, a leading bank is looking to recruit a Financial Manager.
The responsibilities include preparing and presenting financial analysis for contract negotiations, product investment and business development decisions; assisting the MD to develop a business plan and strategy for business; being responsible for all accounting aspects relating to different companies that the MD manages;
providing investment and financial advice in various business decisions; being responsibility for the critical review of all investments and capital / project related expenditure to achieve optimum results, recommending appropriate financial policies and procedres in accordance with international financial reporting standards and managing key relationship with Auditors Banks and Lawyers.
The ideal candidate should be a graduate in CA. He / She should have previous real estate experience including UAE experience (GCC experience may also be considered). Good communication skills in English is a must.
