Job Description:
* Supervise procurement of office equipment,stationery, Generator Sets, UPS on competitive rates, terms &conditions after following prescribed procurement procedure.
* Arranging insurance of bank equipments, vehicles etc.,at market competitive rates.
* Finalizing / renewals of contracts, lease agreements,insurance agreements etc., with relevant suppliers/companies on most competitive terms & conditions.
Skills Required:
Comprehensive knowledge of Administrative Policies & Procedures
Proficient in MS Office
Strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
Team Player
Takes initiative
Attention to Details
Strong Knowledge of Procurement Procedure
