Manager Liability Sales
(Based at Corporate Office, Islamabad)
The Job:
* Develop sales strategy / plan for liability products
* Prepare Sales Budgets (volumes & revenue contribution) & ensure its execution, monitoring & reporting
* Develop and implement sales performance review framework
* Manage liability sales teams across branches and ensure their optimal utilization against benchmarks
* Ensure effective portfolio management against defined portfolio quality benchmarks
* Conduct liability sales trainings
The Candidate:
* Masters with specialization in Marketing
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in Banking / Financial Institution will be an added advantage.
* Well versed with deposit mobilization principles and innovative sales techniques
* Should also have strong analytical, oral, presentation, written and communication skills.
* The candidate should be willing to travel across country.
* PC skills including word processing and advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
* Age up to 35 years.
