Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will be focused on leading our burgeoning STRATEGIC marketing efforts on the TACTICAL AND FUNCTIONAL levels. Sinking it in the organization on compliance, monitoring and control. Improving internal and external Communications and its dissemination for internal and external customers as well as spending Most of the time on the Field for strengthening Tameer’s community presence, loyalty quality and brand dominance in branches, radius and Community partners / routers / stakeholders.

Responsibilities :
* Create and manage plans to generate new business referrals from current Tameer microfinance Customer’s partners / branches / community.
* Initiate and execute tactical and functional plans to cross-sell additional products and services to current
* Develop and execute plans to inspire loyalty and create strong brand equity among customers and Community
* Be the owner of all tactical and functional Below the Line (BTL) and Above the Line (ATL) activity including Direct Marketing (DM) and Viral Outreach

* Collaborate with multiple departments to evaluate and improve internal communications and marketing needs for Tameer employees/department heads.
* Plan, research and develop well-written communications across multiple media, including newsletters, Intranet and announcements
* Manage outside agency support as needed

Market research and data analysis:

* Create a learning plan to drive deeper understanding of our clients
* Seek compelling insights through quantitative analysis of in-house data.
* Manage media relationships
* Organize and successfully run community out-reach programs for Profit and Community Welfare (3BL)

Skills Requirement

* The successful candidate must posses strong field project management skills,
* Ability to generate and execute breakthrough creative ideas, and excellent collaboration skills to ensure, that the Brand and marketing agenda is up-held successfully in all departments, outlets, people and processes.
* The candidate should possess strong communication, managerial and interpersonal skills.
* Wide range of hands on as well as management experience across the entire Marketing mix.
* Incumbent with insight on research, product and concept development, advertising, online, direct marketing, PR and Event management

Experience:

MBA in MKT along with at least 5 years of experience in any Reputable Organization FMCG Experience & exposure of BTL Activities on large scale in microfinance level will be preferred.
