Product Manager
(Based at Corporate Office, Islamabad)
The Job:
* Product & promotion planning
* Product development & management
* Conduct Market Research, analyze market conditions / competitor data
* Develop, update and maintain Product Development framework
* Target Market Assessment, Product Feasibility & Product Launch
* Prepare product budgets/forecasts.
* Develop & maintain product lifecycle plans.
* Assist Manager Marketing in brand/identity management, product/sales collateral and product/service documentation.
* Gather customer / employee feedback for product improvement.
* Conduct product audits.
* Devise & deliver product training.
The Candidate:
* Masters with specialization in Marketing
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with exposure of product development, marketing & branding.
* Banking / Financial Institution experience will be an added advantage.
* Well versed with deposit mobilization / consumer lending principles
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* PC skills including word processing and advanced spreadsheet capabilities.
* Age up to 35 years
