Job Description:
The First Microfinance Bank Ltd. (FMFB), is a leading non-commercial Microfinance Bank, regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan. As part of the Aga Khan Development Network, FMFB was created with the mission to alleviate poverty through sustainable economic development.
The Bank offers a wide range of credit, saving and insurance products along with a low-cost funds transfer service to its target population through a vast network of 86 branches and 68 Pakistan Post Sub Offices.
The Bank is currently looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:
Regional Manager(s)
Location: Islamabad and Karachi
Education:
MBA or Masters in Commerce/Economics from a reputable local or foreign university
Experience:
8 to 10 years experience in commercial banking sector, with minimum 3 years in a similar supervisory role of managing a retail branch network.
Position overview:
•Strong leadership and management necessary to ensure that proper operational controls and procedures are in place to contribute towards the overall objectives of the respective region.
•The incumbent will lead, direct and control the implementation of set targets in loan disbursement, loan recovery, credit management, deposit mobilization, marketing and customer services.
•Implement all new microfinance products and initiatives in line with the Bank’s mission and strategy.
•Ensure successful execution of business development strategies as per approved budget.
