Responsible for servicing and managing customers:
•engaging them
•uncovering their needs and
•providing them with the appropriate products, services and solutions
Drive profitable revenue and volume growth to improve market and customer share of wallet
with the Bank with a focus on:
•new business opportunities
•cross sell and
•deepening of existing customer relationships
Education & Experience:
•2 years of banking experience, preferably with a foreign bank
•BBA/MBA degree from a reputable institute
•Sound knowledge of banking products, policies and prudential regulations
•Pleasant personality, good communication skills and flair for customer services and sales
