Job Description:
Khushhali Bank Limited (KBL) is Pakistan’s largest retail micro finance bank operating under the central bank regulations with a mission to market financial services tailored for low income market segments in line with international micro finance practices through our distribution network across the country’s rural and urban divides.

* The Job requires understanding of existing logic and database design structure of the Bank’s accounting and business systems and its enhancement
* Maintenance of documentation related to any development, changes, fixes or up-gradation
* Coordination with users for testing of any changes or enhancements and follow–ups of all software development control procedures as per the bank policy
* This position reports to Systems Support Manager, responsible for working closely with users by providing programming and other related support for their functional and technical issues
* It requires commitment to working through complex problems and to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and a strong customer satisfaction focus
The candidate:
* The ideal candidate must be an IT graduate from HEC recognized institution with an emphasis on Software Engineering
* The incumbent should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar environment
* Experience of working in a banking environment would be a plus but not mandatory
* Has the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast paced environment
* Willing to travel across country as required in the course of business requirements. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
* Must have good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, highly motivated with an interest in solving problems and paying extreme attention to details and maintaining written documentation
* Should be able to maintain & create scripts such as JavaScript and Perl. Ability to code in JDK and .Net framework
* Should be able to perform development activities on Windows and Linux platform. Must have experience in HTML, XHTML, XML / XSLT, AJAX, IIS, SQL-Server and Oracle
