Job Description:
Trainee officers will be provided exposure to outbound sales and service functions. They will be trained and given responsibility for market assessment, introduction and sale of asset and liability products, conducting client appraisals, preparing and monitoring of case loadings, front-end delinquency and collections management, and processing client documentation.
The Candidate:
The incumbent should have strong desire to advance in a sales career with ability and commitment o interact with clients. Preferably a fresh graduate, with specialization either in business / commerce / economics / agriculture, with good academic record. Be less than 30 years of age and willing to travel and relocate any where in the country.
Able to communicate orally and in writing in Urdu 7 English, knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage. The candidate should be PC-literate with inclination to work on technology-driven environment. For male candidates, valid driving license is a must as they would be required to conduct sales/business acquisition on a motorbike.
