Job Description:
Our client, a leading bank headquartered in Dubai is looking to recruit a Training Officer. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the business learning partners in the identification of training needs, assisting the training managers in designing specific training modules, delivering training with support from Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Training Managers to meet the needs of the employees, assisting training managers/senior Training officers in the administration and coordination of training.
The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least 2 years related experience and a solid understanding of general banking products & processes, compliance, sales and service. Prior related experience in Consumer or Corporate Banking is a pre-requisite. Training/work experience in Wealth Management/Contact Centre and Service Quality would be an advantage. Good Communication skills in English & Arabic will be essential for the role.
